Cambridgeshire Rock Band, Hesh produce Elder Abuse Song

The Rock band,Hesh are helping make the public more aware of Elder Abuse by working with Elder Protection in producing a song detailing what more than 500.000 elderly and vulnerable adults suffer in the UK each year.
The songs title comes from the Department of Healths Protection of Vulnerable Adults Act NO SECRETS! and details the types of abuse elderly people can suffer in the hands of bad care workers and others. The band is made up of Plumbers, Care worker, accountant, publican sheet metal worker etc and practice every week and can often be heard playing at local gigs across Cambridgeshire. It is hoped that the disc will be released shortly with the money from the sales going to the charity Action on Elder Abuse who run a freephone helpline dealing with Elder Abuse.
